Position Overview The Digital Marketing Executive will drive online marketing initiatives, working closely with the Marketing Manager to enhance the company’s digital presence, increase brand engagement, and generate leads. This role suits a creative, analytical professional with a passion for digital trends and data-driven marketing. Key Responsibilities Plan, implement, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across paid search, social media, email, and display channels to enhance online presence and generate leads. Create and manage content for websites, social media, and email marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and audience engagement goals. Manage PPC campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and LinkedIn, refining targeting, budgets, and performance to maximize ROI. Support SEO efforts, including keyword research, content optimization, and collaboration with external agencies for backlinks and coverage. Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools, generate reports on key metrics, and provide actionable insights to improve traffic and conversions. Conduct market and competitor research to inform strategy and maintain a competitive edge. Qualifications Experience in managing digital campaigns across multiple channels, including paid media, social, and email. Knowledge of PPC platforms, SEO best practices, and analytics tools like Google Analytics. Strong written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail. Creative, data-driven, and adaptable to evolving digital trends. Bonus: Experience in B2B marketing or working with external PR agencies.
