What you’ll be doing: Subject matter expert in all aspects of internal and external Communications & Marketing. Work with management to create and plan engagement strategies and campaigns to enhance brand image and voice. Create effective internal communications to facilitate an engaged workforce wherein team members are continuously informed and have a platform to voice their opinions and be heard. Work closely with stakeholders to build & maintain our Website and SharePoint landing page, ensuring we are consistently promoted to the highest standards. Promote the incredible work we do, assisting our business development team with our ambitious growth strategy. Create inspiring contents/collateral, using a variety of design packages; Canva & Adobe InDesign. Consistently promote internal and external stakeholder engagement, monitoring outcomes to ensure campaigns are successful. Who you are: Excellent range of communication and marketing skills with the knowledge/confidence in applying these to an Education and social care organisation. Experience of using a range of digital communication dissemination skills and techniques. Confident user of a wide range of social media channels, insights, and Google Analytics. Ability to maintain and create great relationships with a variety of stakeholders. Ability to prioritise a large, diverse, and complex workload. Practical experience of working with websites and using content management systems. Experience of writing for different audiences and variety of media with high standards of written communication, grammar, and spelling.
