Create a content strategy aligned with our product vision, strategy, short term goals and long-term roadmap. Collaborate with UX and UI designers, researchers, product owners and developers to create, iterate and evolve new customer experiences. Establish communication standards that enable product managers to develop their own comms with a consistent branding and approach. Establish documentation standards that enable product managers to develop process documentation for product consumption and use. Help researchers define user tests, analyze research and use findings to shape copy and content decisions for a better user experience. Engage senior stakeholders to ensure communication aligns with our strategic direction. Champion the importance and value of UX writing with partners across the business, including brand and marketing teams. You will need

Proven track record as a content manager / UX author ideally in a technical discipline. Strong experience in UX writing across digital platforms, products and services and a portfolio bursting with engaging projects you’re passionate about. An understanding of UX writing best practice and the value it brings to a business. A sharp eye for detail and the ability to ensure consistency of language across every component, from onboarding screens to error messages. A real dedication to understanding user needs to help define the what, why and how of the problems you're solving. A gift for tone of voice and how to adapt it for different customer journeys. An understanding of the essential need for accessibility and inclusivity, specifically the use of clear language and the importance of voiceover/screen reader functionality. About us
