Contract: 12 month Fixed Term/Secondment Opportunity

Location: Hybrid (Head Office: Quorum Business Park, Newcastle upon Tyne)

This is a hybrid working role, so you'll need to be able to work from our Head Office at least 2 days a month

Hours per week: 37

Salary: Up to £30,000, depending on experience

Product Assurance Officer

to join our

Product Assurance team .

As a Product Assurance Officer, you'll be responsible for preparing and launching new qualifications and supporting documents to our stakeholders and customers. This involves extensive data entry and proofreading tasks so high attention to detail and accuracy skills are a must.

How you'll make an impact:

Leading the implementation and monitoring of robust quality assurance procedures relating to the end-to-end product life cycle to ensure products released into the public domain are fit for purpose and compliant with stakeholder and regulatory requirements. Leading on the proofreading and sign off of assessments, materials and resources to ensure they are accurate, understandable and usable for our stakeholders. Creating, reviewing and maintaining business processes and key documents/templates to inform effective and efficient working practices. Collaborating with internal stakeholders on an ongoing basis to ensure products remain fit for purpose. Responsible for developing communication to customers and staff and maintaining accurate qualification information on the database and website. We'd love to hear from you if you offer the following:
