Identify key stakeholders within the product segment Create effective business plans and approach strategies with your Regional Sales Manager Demonstrate the use of our products to surgeons, practice staff, and nurses Attend orientation, education & scrub sessions Work closely together with the Customer Service team on tenders, price quotations, order samples, and customer issues Organize and attend conferences for surgeons and other medical staff Regularly attend company meetings, product training, and presentations What You Bring
2 years of experience in medical sales in hospitals (ideally surgical) with a proven track record of success Demonstrated ability to establish professional relationships with key decision-makers Successful collaboration with accounts from prospecting through evaluation stage to implementation within a national framework Comfortable in an operating room environment Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills Reside in the Birmingham region What We Offer
