Salary:
£33,000-£35,000 + travel + benefits We are looking for a Community Health and Physical Activity Manager to develop and deliver a range of projects and programmes to improve the health, fitness, and mobility of all the residents of Elmbridge, Surrey, regardless of their background. A health/sports/exercise/rehab degree or relevant vocational qualifications such as GP and Exercise Referral, cardiac rehab, level 3 personal trainer, or sports coaching. Experience in developing and delivering community physical activity programmes within leisure, fitness, public health, health, or community development environments. Experience in delivering projects on budget with measurable impact. Built local partnerships with Local Authorities, the NHS, or other relevant bodies, organisations, or community groups. Some knowledge of external funding opportunities. Have your own transport and live within easy reach of Walton-on-Thames, Elmbridge.
