Responsibilities: Engage with Retailer Teams: Collaborate with the marketing and buying teams of nominated retailers to build quarterly co-marketing, MDF, and communication plans. Product Representation: Ensure excellence in product representation, including in-store theatre, feature and benefits display/ticketing, and visual merchandising. Marketing Plan Translation: Translate business and account strategies into marketing plans for retailers. Brand Amplification: Amplify Lenovo-owned brand and end-user campaigns through retailers. Budget Management: Manage and own retailer co-marketing/MDF budgets and spending. Sales and Strategic Targets: Work closely with the retailer Account Manager to meet sales and strategic account targets, and contribute to the strategic account plan. Co-Marketing Execution: Oversee the execution, tracking, communication, management reporting, and delivery against KPIs for co-marketing activities. Alliance-Partner Funding Management: Manage relevant alliance-partner funding, including approval, claim, and proof of execution processes. Qualifications: Marketing Experience: Proven experience in marketing, particularly in co-marketing and MDF management. Strategic Thinking: Ability to translate business and account strategies into effective marketing plans. Budget Management Skills: Experience in managing marketing budgets and ensuring effective allocation of resources. Collaboration Skills: Strong ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners. Project Management Skills: Excellent project management skills to oversee co-marketing execution and reporting. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective engagement with retailer teams and internal stakeholders. Social Media Expertise: Experience in managing corporate and gaming social media handles, including strategy, implementation, and execution of organic activities. Trend Awareness: Up-to-date with the latest social media trends and able to drive the social media agenda within the team. What can we offer:
