Vicwest is looking for an ambitious candidate to join a well-established, high-performing team and aid the business as we continue to grow to reach new markets across North America. POSITION SUMMARY

This role involves working as part of a team to drive sales growth and product placement with OEMs and contractors, while aligning the Retail (LG) channel with key product lines to meet the growth objectives of the assigned territory. The individual is responsible for maintaining and developing existing accounts, promoting sales programs, and actively seeking new business opportunities. A primary focus is managing relationships with channel customers, developing business solutions to generate more profitable business in the stores of key partners within the assigned territory. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensure key financial objectives are met for assigned accounts and territory by creating sales growth and demand for Vicwest products at the builder/contractor level as well as material retailers. Implement Vicwest's sales plans, marketing, pricing, and distribution strategies for residential and agricultural markets, as per assigned territory. Identify and develop target accounts by nurturing productive relationships with retailers within the channel and presenting business development proposals for Vicwest. QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in commerce, business administration or another related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in the sale of building materials products through the retailer network. Knowledge/experience in the construction sector. Must be able to present a value proposition and overcome price discussions/negotiations. Knowledge of computer systems/programs. Demonstrated ability to organize and manage time. Demonstrates the ability to provide solutions to customer needs in a win-win manner. Ability to execute key deliverables. Demonstrated ability to think strategically and tactically. Excellent communication (verbal and written), interpersonal, negotiation, analytical, problem-solving, and good judgment skills.
