Executive Assistant London, UK We are seeking an experience Executive Assistant to provide professional administrative support to the CEO & Executive team for a 12-month fixed term contract to cover maternity leave.

Job Type: 12-month fixed term contract

Salary: £32,000 - £36,000 (DOE)

Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9AM - 5PM

Location: Didcot, hybrid working

As the Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for:

Supporting the CEO with effective time management, including diary management, travel arrangements and co-ordinating engagements and meetings.

Managing relationships with key internal and external stakeholders with a high level of professionalism

Co-ordinate complex scheduling and calendar management

Circulating all related documentation for meetings of the Board of Directors including the agenda, action plans, reports and other ad-hoc documentation.

Assisting the Senior Leadership Team with appropriate communications, presentations and related documentation as required in support of CEO priorities.

Manage the Receptionist and Administrator by providing guidance & support.

Proactively manage regular meetings and events including Board meetings, Lunches and annual Board and Council Dinners.

Event budgeting, catering, room and venue bookings, & accommodation

Support the CEO with general office tasks that may arise from time to time.

Provide flexibility to undertake other projects/tasks as the CEO requires.

The Executive Assistant will have the following related skills / experience:

Proven experience in a similar role, demonstrating the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently and effectively, using your own initiative.

Strong skills in organisation, time management and attention to detail.

Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional manner, calm and confident with a can-do attitude.

Previous line management experience is essential.

Previous experience of minute taking.

Advanced knowledge of MS Office

A driver licence is essential with own transport due to the office location
