As a MET Technician, you will join the growing team in our large body centre. Supporting all of our Holdcroft sites with the strip and refit of accident damaged vehicles, you will manage a varied workload in regard to brands and customers, delivering an exceptional standard throughout. Being responsible for replacing bolts on panels, 4 wheel alignment, mechanical and suspension work and completing in a safe and efficient manner. You will also repair panels, replace welded and bolt on panels including JIG work safely and to a high standard. Observing and reporting accurately on all complete work and vehicle body damages. As a successful candidate, you can look forward to ongoing training opportunities, along with a clear and structured path to progress your career, at your pace and ambition. Required Skills as a MET Technician:
ATA / NVQ level 3 qualification would be advantageous. Positive attitude to work, customers and all members of staff. Work well as a team and independently. Excellent decision making and problem solving skills. Full UK driving license. Knowledge and understanding of working within a similar role.
