will be responsible for the following areas: Resolving 1st & 2nd line service desk incidents and requests Assisting the EMEA InfoSec team in ensuring all vulnerabilities are patched in a timely manner Completing desktop/laptop builds and configurations Engaging and working with the wider EMEA IT Support team Highlighting all urgent issues or requests to senior members of the team By joining this business as their new
