The Role: As a Helpdesk Administrator, you'll be the first point of contact for clients, handling incoming calls, logging service requests, and coordinating with contractors to ensure smooth resolution of issues. Your role will be pivotal in maintaining high service standards and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities: Answer and manage incoming calls and emails professionally. Log and track service requests using client internal systems. Liaise with contractors and service providers to coordinate maintenance and repairs. Monitor and update job progress, ensuring timely completion. Provide updates to clients and maintain accurate records.

What We're Looking For: Previous experience in a call-centre or helpdesk environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting. Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic IT systems.
