I am searching for an Architectural Designer to join a friendly, RIBA-chartered practice located in the heart of Essex. From initial concepts to project completion, you'll play a key role in delivering impactful projects in a collaborative and supportive setting. The ideal Architectural Designer will bring substantial experience following their Part 1 or Part 2 qualification and have a strong background in residential projects across all RIBA stages. Proficiency in planning applications and creating building regulation package drawings is essential, along with expertise in AutoCAD and SketchUp.

Experience, Skills and Responsibilities for the role of Architectural Designer:
Significant experience working in a UK-based practice as a Part 1 or Part 2 Architectural Assistant Strong background in residential projects, covering all RIBA stages Skilled in preparing and submitting planning applications In-depth knowledge of current UK building regulations Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Excellent time management and organisational abilities Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and InDesign Possess a full, clean driving licence Must live within a commutable distance of Essex
