GPS Recruitment are recruiting for experienced Regional Sales professionals to join the growing sales team with one of our valued clients (one of the UK's leading materials handling equipment manufacturers).

Engineering Biomass and Energy Aggregates Cement Timber

It's an extremely busy role which will require an individual with a strong eye for detail and quality, enabling the highest level of service to Client's requirements. Sales Targets are important to continue the growth globally, currently operating out of 5 countries supplying 65 other countries, so a focused mindset is crucial.

Key Responsibilities: Maintain and further develop customer relationships through managing and interpreting individual requirements. Good understanding of company product range and service to maximize overall sales potential. With the support of internal technical sales, further develop existing customer accounts, and further develop open opportunities and sales through to eventual closure. Provide presales technical assistance, product education, and end solutions for the customer's needs. Meet sales targets, communicate, coordinate, and deliver sales projects. Support marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences, and other marketing events. Prepare pricing and sales reports to contribute to the overall business strategy, including the use of benchmarking to gauge market levels accurately. Upselling of ancillary products and services to all industry sectors. Identifying areas for business development.

Desired Skills & Experience: Ability to manage relationships. Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage a number of different projects/tasks at any one time. Highly motivated, with a proactive approach to workload. Confident and determined approach. Methodical and accurate with good attention to detail. Willing to work to strict deadlines and able to plan work according to timescales. Ability to work alone and use initiative, but also a team player offering help and support to others in the team and business.
