We seek an experienced Scrum Master to join our dynamic team. As Scrum Master, you will facilitate and coordinate agile software delivery processes within our organization, ensuring the company can work collaboratively and efficiently to deliver high-quality solutions. You will work closely with the product development team to ensure that the work progresses on schedule, within budget, and to the desired level of quality. You will serve as a coach and mentor to our team – helping to foster a culture of continuous improvement and ensuring that the team is meeting its objectives consistently. The Scrum Master role sits within the Project Management function at Camlin, which enables focus on product feature delivery. The Scrum Master works alongside the programme manager to ensure overarching software product goals/milestones are met. Objectives of this role:

Facilitate and coordinate agile software delivery processes within the company. Guide and coach the team on agile software delivery processes and practices. Ensure the team works collaboratively and efficiently to deliver high-quality products. Work with the product owners to prioritize the product backlog. As part of the Project Management function, ensure alignment, planning, and delivery of overarching software products milestones. Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, sprint review, and sprint retrospective for multiple teams. Support and facilitate Scrum of Scrum, cross-functional team meetings & release management whenever required. Identify and address any impediments in a timely manner that are hindering the team’s progress. Support the Product Manager, Product Owner & Teams to maintain teams' backlog, facilitate refinements & coach whenever needed. Ensure compliance with agile principles, methodologies, and concepts are consistently adhered to. Monitor and ensure sprints execution, focusing on high-level delivery commitment to the planned product/project tasks and deliverables. Promote continuous improvement through retrospectives and feedback sessions. Produce metrics to monitor and improve team’s velocity, identify areas of improvement. Communicate software project status, risks, and issues to the programme manager and stakeholders. Minimum Requirements:

Minimum 3-5 years of experience managing Software projects (as a Project Manager or Scrum Master). Strong knowledge of Software Project Management & Agile Methodology (e.g., Agile/Scrum/Kanban). Strong experience using JIRA, Confluence. Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle. Working knowledge of Agile Scrum and Waterfall methodologies. Fluent in English, both written and verbal. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams. Desired criteria:

Experience working in Scrum/SAFe/Disciplined Agile Delivery. Experience working with multiple projects concurrently & geographically distributed. Experience using SharePoint, MS Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), MS Project. Experience working for SaaS products. Certified Scrum Master or any equivalent scrum certification. Formal Project Management training e.g., PMI/PMP/APM is a plus. Benefits:
