SERVICE DESK ANALYST – REF 250160 £28,175 p.a. We now have a vacancy for a Service Desk Analyst to join our SDI 4 Star Business Led Service Desk. Winners of Best Service Desk 2022. The role is perfect for someone who is customer-driven, technical and passionate about the latest technology. To be successful in this role, you will need to have knowledge of Windows 11, Office 365 and the ability to learn about our web-based line-of-business tools. You will also have an understanding of IT hardware and the ability to communicate technical terms in a clear and simple way to our users.
