We are looking for someone to join our existing Product team within a MARS Technical Support position. The role will suit someone who is motivated, hardworking, and committed to their professional growth and career development. You will support the Head of Product and the wider MARS Support team in a variety of tasks including supporting all our venues with any MARS related queries and delivering high levels of service while working to strict deadlines. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of MARS systems and an excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, superior communication skills, and the capability to work both independently and as part of a team. Key responsibilities of the role: Support venues with all day-to-day 1st level technical support for MARS software and associated hardware. Be responsible for the resolution of issues raised by venues or technicians for the smooth operation of MARS. Co-ordinate with other departments such as IT and Product for resolutions. Monitor venue servers and ensure MARS is online and operating as expected. Maintain support documentation and communicate new features and improvements within MARS. Raise incidents to 2nd level support for resolution. What you will need: An excellent working knowledge of MS Office. Superior organisation and communication skills. Capacity to work independently and as part of a wider team. Full capability to communicate effectively across all levels of management.
