Assistant Quantity Surveyor - Super Prime Residential
My client is a long-established, financially secure main contractor who has forged an excellent reputation for delivering projects of the highest specification within the Prime Residential marketplace. They are one of the largest privately owned contractors in this prestigious sector and have a very good working environment, which is personified by their very low staff turnover. Their projects include both new builds and refurbishments of large country houses, rectories, and manors in the Home Counties and South East, as well as grand residences in London. My client is currently seeking an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to assist the commercial team due to a period of expansion and a number of recent project wins. Responsibilities: Assist the commercial team with project management tasks. Support in the financial management of projects. Contribute to the development and maintenance of project budgets. Qualifications: Proven track record in a similar role. HNC in construction or relevant degree level qualification (or in progress). Knowledge of private residential construction. This is a permanent position, and my client is looking for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor with a can-do attitude and strong communication and financial skills.
