Plumber Multi Trade required in the Eastleigh, Southampton, Andover and surrounding area to work on maintenance of domestic social housing properties.
This role will start on a temp basis for 3 months then turn into a permanent position direct with the contractor.
£36,691 per annum + van and fuel card + holiday and benefits with a very busy contractor, securing you ongoing work throughout your career.

Maintenance and repairs work on social housing properties Upgrades to Kitchens and Bathrooms Completing a range of repairs tasks varying daily Driving to jobs in your designated area Writing up about your work Reporting to a Supervisor Plumber Multi Requirements:
Good plumbing experience Good multi trade experience Previous experience working in social housing NVQ in Plumbing (desirable not essential) Positive attitude Honest and reliable Full UK driving license Benefits:
