Salary: Up to £39,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm some flexibility with hours

About the Role:
My client is seeking a highly skilled Multi-Skilled Facilities Maintenance Engineer to join their team in Newport. This is a client-facing role, working closely with the main customer and their on-site team. Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude are essential to succeed in this position. Key Responsibilities:
Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on electrical and mechanical systems. Diagnose and repair a variety of facilities equipment efficiently. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times. Collaborate with the on-site team to meet client requirements. Provide regular updates and detailed reports to the client and management teams. Support occasional weekend work and overtime when required. About You:
Must hold electrical qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 3 or equivalent). 18th Edition qualification is highly preferable. Proven experience in a multi-skilled facilities maintenance role, including both mechanical and electrical (M&E) tasks. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional client-facing approach. Able to manage workloads effectively and work independently. What's on Offer:
