Do you have machine build experience? Are you looking to join a progressive global manufacturing business? My client is a well-established manufacturing business that supplies into the construction industry, in addition to designing and manufacturing their own machinery. They are looking for a Senior Mechanical Fitter to join their expanding team. The ideal candidate will have previous mechanical experience within a relevant engineering field.
Job Description
Build a range of heavy-duty machinery from start to finish Post-build testing of completed machinery and subsections of machinery Working from drawings, you will be required to assemble precision bearings and work with fits & limits in a range of applications Use manual machines to modify/correct parts Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
A mechanical engineering qualification or time served Strong mechanical machine building experience Able to interpret mechanical engineering drawings Machine build experience, along with a background of the assembly and sub-assembly of mechanical parts Company Benefits
