Senior Building Control Surveyor needed to join a local Berkshire Council. As the Senior Building Control Surveyor, you will carry out site inspection work in respect of developments, ensuring compliance with building regulations, building safety regulator requirements, and associated legislation. Key Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for: Conducting site inspections for compliance with regulations. Ensuring adherence to building safety standards. Minimum Requirements:

Class 2 registered building inspector (cat A-F). RICS/CABE membership or similar. Extensive experience in both commercial and domestic projects. Experience with dangerous structures, demolition, and scaffold licenses. Desirable Qualifications:

Fire engineering/safety related qualification. Management training. Educated to a degree level.
