This role is Inside IR35 paying £20.59 per hour.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Ensure a range of Digital Information is processed in accordance with policies and procedures. Investigate a range of Digital Issues. Advise users on systems/policy. Develop or adapt a range of software/web pages/information reports or install/maintain a range of hardware & software, or analyse interpret a range of information/data, or deliver Digital training. Resolve 'second level' problems which have been escalated from the Service Desk or Second Line Team Manager, using own judgement to prioritise workload accordingly. Provide 2nd line support for IT infrastructure issues, including troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and network problems. Implement and manage system upgrades, patches, and configurations. Document technical procedures, configurations, and solutions for future reference. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure IT infrastructure aligns with business goals and objectives.
