Technical Assistant

My client, a leading food manufacturer based in Devon, is looking for a Technical Assistant to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for anyone who is looking to take the next steps in their career within the food production industry.

The role (including but not limited to):

Provide administrative support for technical systems and KPIs. Manage micro sampling schedules and sampling results. Maintain technical documentation and export certificates. Log production data and traceability. Coordinate sensory analysis and benchmarking sessions. Support audits, complaint investigations, and technical meetings.

The candidate: Detail-oriented, with experience in food industry technical or quality roles. Knowledge of food legislation and allergen/nutritional labelling is advantageous. Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with HACCP and proficient in MS Word/Excel.

What's on offer: Monday - Friday Standard business hours Salary up to £30,000 DOE
