Key Responsibilities for the DFM Engineer job in Bicester, Oxfordshire: Collaborating with R&D teams to ensure designs are optimized for manufacturing. Creating and maintaining bills of materials (BoM) and accurate technical drawings for production. Managing the transition of new products into production, ensuring smooth handovers and efficient processes. Overseeing first-year production performance, monitoring field performance, and feeding improvements back into the design cycle. Designing test jigs and establishing robust test processes to optimize production efficiency and ensure product quality.
