Responsibilities
Develop and implement BIM strategies and workflows for project delivery. Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless integration of BIM across all phases of design and construction. Manage the creation and maintenance of 3D models using software such as Revit, AutoCAD, and NavisWorks. Provide training and support to team members on BIM tools and best practices. Conduct regular reviews of models to ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for improving project efficiency through the use of BIM technology. Prepare detailed schematics and documentation for project presentations and submissions.
Skills
