Quantity Surveyor - Bridgwater
Avocet Recruitment is working alongside an award-winning, quality-focused, non-PLC housing developer that requires a Quantity Surveyor to work on their live and upcoming projects spanning from Bristol down to Exeter.
Suitable candidates will ideally come from a strong residential background; however, other construction sectors will be considered.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation of package commercial plans and targets Manage monthly project cash and turnover forecasts for all packages whilst preparing and monitoring risk Assist the procurement team in producing package procurement documents Assist in commercial and contractual discussions with relevant supply chain members Final Accounts Preparation
Qualifications and Skills:
Degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or a related field is preferred Must have a proven background in quantity surveying roles within the construction industry Strong understanding of contract administration, procurement, and change management processes.
On offer:
Salary dependent on experience and qualifications (circa £50,000-£65,000) Car Package Generous annual leave Enhanced benefits package
