Information about the role:
Inside IR35.
Working with client and design teams on development projects on schemes up to Class 2F, including reversions and regularisation BC submissions.
Checking plans submitted for Building Regulation approval on schemes up to Class 2F.
Carrying out regular on-site technical assessments for projects up to Class 2F.
Assessing unauthorised works and progressing enforcement actions where appropriate.
Advising on Dangerous Structure matters and progressing action where appropriate.
Salary: £45,217 - £54,395 per annum, depending on experience.
