Reporting to the

Machine Shop Supervisor , the First Class Machinist will be operating CNC Horizontal Borer and/or manual horizontal borer machines. We are seeking a confident, self-motivated individual with excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail. As a Machinist, you will have a key focus on safety with an ability to prioritise workload effectively and strive for customer satisfaction. Knowledge about CAT products would be an advantage but not necessary. Location:

South Guildford, Perth, W.A Roster:

4 Days ON 4 Days OFF, Rotating Days and Nights Shift Roster (12.50 hours per day) To be successful the following is required:

Australian recognised First-Class Machinist OR Fitter Machinist Trade Certificate is essential for this role Knowledge of how to set and use gauges such as callipers, bore micrometers, dial indicators, etc. A positive attitude with aligned core WesTrac SPARC values of safety, Pride, Accountability, Respect and Customer. Experience in operating Horizontal boring machines Use of safety and risk assessment tools such as Job Safety Analysis and Take 5's Experience in reading engineering drawings and producing quality work within quoted tolerances and time frames Forklift, rigging and dogging licenses are advantageous or willing to obtain Basic computer skills What we offer:
