Static Engineer - Electrical Permanent Full Time Salary:
£44,000 Plus Excellent Package Location:
Sand Hutton - YO41 We are working with a highly reputable facilities management contractor who provides comprehensive building maintenance services to clients throughout the UK. Due to continued expansion, we are looking to recruit a static engineer (electrical biased/qualified) on a site in Sand Hutton. Role: You will be working within your own dedicated static site as our client's first point of call for PPM and reactive electrical/M&E and other general building services maintenance needs. Tasks could include plumbing, emergency light testing, fire alarms, lamp changes, and fabric work. You will enjoy working autonomously, where you will be responsible for delivering planned and preventative maintenance, fault finding, and repair work. Ideally, you will have the ability to confidently carry out a range of other mechanical tasks as well. Providing excellent customer service at all times when on site. Person: You will hold the 18th edition qualification. You will have experience carrying out PPM and reactive maintenance works and must be a good all-rounder able to undertake general building maintenance. You will live locally and be happy to commute to the site day-to-day in your own transport. Good IT skills. Excellent communication skills.
