Job Overview We are seeking a skilled Vehicle Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and be adept at using hand and power tools to perform repairs and maintenance on various vehicles. This role requires a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring that all work meets the highest standards of quality and safety. Responsibilities Conduct thorough inspections and diagnostics of vehicles to identify issues. Perform routine maintenance tasks, including servicing, suspension, and general mot repairs. Repair and replace defective parts using hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment as necessary. Assemble components and systems according to schematics and manufacturer specifications. Maintain accurate records of repairs and services performed on each vehicle. Ensure a clean and safe working environment by adhering to health and safety regulations. Experience Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician or in a similar role is preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot and repair various vehicle systems. Experience in using hand tools and power tools. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly. A proactive approach to problem-solving with attention to detail.
