As an Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you will: Assist in managing project costs and budgets. Work closely with the Senior Quantity Surveyor to prepare valuations and final accounts. Support in subcontractor procurement and management. Produce detailed cost reports and assist in forecasting. Contribute to delivering high-quality refurbishments on time and within budget. What We're Looking For

Previous experience as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor, ideally within residential or refurbishment projects. Strong numerical skills and a keen eye for detail. Excellent communication and organizational abilities. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. What's on Offer
