Your Key Responsibilities: Perform planned preventative maintenance (PPM), including monthly lighting checks, plant checks, and general building maintenance. Execute reactive electrical works, such as repairs to internal and external lighting and distribution boards. Complete routine PPM visits and respond to reactive repair needs on electrical assets across the site. Oversee and collaborate with subcontractors, ensuring high standards during PPM/reactive works onsite.
What We're Looking For: 18th Edition Certification (BS7671). City & Guilds / SVQ Level II/III in Electrical Installations. Strong experience in facilities management or the building services industry, with a proven track record in PPM and reactive maintenance.
