Salary:

£45,000 - £75,000 DOE

The company:

Our client is a long-standing mechanical services company, founded almost 100 years ago. They work on prestigious and complex projects across the UK and Europe with multiple Tier 1 main contractors.

Responsibilities of the role:

Manage and update Revit models for mechanical systems, ensuring alignment with project requirements. Perform clash detection and resolve design conflicts using Revit and Navisworks. Prepare technical drawings and schedules, ensuring compliance with standards and specifications. Work closely with engineers, project managers, and stakeholders to meet project objectives. Ensure models meet company, client, and industry standards. Provide Revit expertise and mentor junior team members.

The ideal candidate will: Have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a Revit Coordinator role. Be experienced in mechanical or general building services. Experience on Data Centres is desired but not essential. Experience with steelworks is desired but not essential.
