We are recruiting for an Electrical Maintenance Technician to work across Barnstaple/Bude/Tiverton and the surrounding areas to perform the installation and maintenance of electrical systems and fire alarm systems across the Cornerstone Estate. The position is a mobile role with the requirement to travel to client sites therefore, you must hold a Full UK Driving Licence and it is either lone working or as part of a team.
Key duties to include carrying out EICR's, minor electrical repairs & some climbing activities. Full training is provided for climbing activities.
Main Duties: Undertake the installation of Electrical and Fire Alarm Systems Undertake the maintenance of Electrical and Fire Alarm Systems Identify any risks and report to client Work on the improvement and implementation of PPM program Liaise with Client on-site teams regarding on building service related issues Completion of required documentation as specified Attend Site Meetings and Training when required Follow Health and Safety guidelines and report accordingly Co-operate with other company disciplines for the provision of multi- discipline services where required What We Are Looking For: NVQ Level 3 or equivalent City & Guilds 2356 Part 1 & 2, City & Guilds 2357 BS 7671 Electrical Regulations 18th Edition. City & Guilds 2391-52 Electrical inspection and Testing is desirable but not essential Ability to work remotely and independently Full UK Driving Licence - Driving can take up to 50% of the day but is paid as part of the day & not just per task Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces If this sounds of interest please hit apply
