Role Overview & Daily Responsibilities:
Provide Expert Legal Advice: Deliver comprehensive advice on a range of construction matters, including contract negotiation, project management, and dispute resolution. Draft and Review Documentation: Prepare and analyse construction contracts, agreements, and legal documents to ensure compliance with regulations and client objectives. Manage Client Relationships: Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their requirements and delivering bespoke legal solutions. Resolve Disputes: Handle construction disputes through litigation, arbitration, or alternative dispute resolution mechanisms. Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with colleagues in other departments to provide a seamless and integrated service to clients.

You will be a qualified Solicitor/Associate (8 years+ PQE), with a background in contentious and/or non-contentious Construction Law. Due to the office presence requirements, you will need to be within a commutable radius of Leeds City Centre.
