Senior Building Inspector
to manage a varied portfolio of domestic, residential, and commercial projects, providing expert advice and guidance to ensure that any work complies with the Building Regulations and associated legislation. Your role will include: Providing a customer-focused building control plan checking and site inspection service Supporting the public protection function of the service Carrying out enforcement duties Managing dangerous structures work To be successful, you will need to hold or be on the pathway to Registered Building Inspector status at Class 2 level (Category A-D and above).
