A leading chiller specialist in service and maintenance currently has a key requirement for an experienced Estimator to produce successful tenders and accurate estimations for remedial work projects on AC systems within large retail outlets, offices, hospitals, and labs in London and Home Counties. Salary:

£55K - £60K dependent on experience - based in South West London.

As the successful Mechanical Estimator, you will be working with the Service department and Project Management teams to quote works and projects to commercial clients. The work is varied as the project value is up to £150,000. Time management is key as you will be working on multiple estimations at one time.

Responsibilities:

Reading and understanding specifications. Preparation and issue of supplier enquiry packages. Preparation of tender cost reports. Estimating on AC remedial works worth up to £150,000. Attending site visits to establish the scope of work and specific requirements on remedial projects.

Minimum Requirements:

Experience in estimating on HVAC mechanical installations. Experience in estimating on full AC systems - liquid cooled chiller experience is advantageous. Living in commuting distance to Wimbledon. Good knowledge in AC/chiller product knowledge. Ideally have a mechanical engineering qualification or building services qualification.

Benefits:

£55,000 - £60,000 base package + 10% performance-related bonus dependent on experience. 20 days holiday + bank holidays. Great technical training and support when needed. Pension scheme + private healthcare.
