Vehicle Technician The starting rate of pay is likely to be circa £14-16 per hour; however, this is entirely based on experience. Access to a VHC bonus scheme providing an additional monthly bonus. Overtime, subject to availability, is paid at time and a half rate. 30 days annual leave (including bank holidays). Access to full in-house and manufacturer-accredited training. Working hours are 40 per week, Monday to Friday 8:30 am-5:00 pm and 1 in 4 Saturday mornings 8:30 am-12:00 pm, paid additionally at time and a half. An exciting opportunity has become available for an Automotive Vehicle Technician / Vehicle Mechanic within a car dealer group located in Carmarthenshire. Our Automotive Client has a need for a Vehicle Technician or Vehicle Mechanic who is motivated and able to work to their own initiative. Typical Duties as a Vehicle Technician / Vehicle Mechanic include but are not limited to: Carrying out Servicing and Repairs to a variety of Vehicles MOT Testing Performing Diagnostic Testing to identify Vehicle Faults Ensuring that paperwork is completed to the highest of standards Vehicle Technician / Vehicle Mechanic Requirements: A Fully Qualified Vehicle Technician NVQ Level 3 or equivalent A Current and Valid UK Driving Licence Dedicated and committed approach Your job as a Vehicle Technician will be your passion and you will enjoy all aspects of your work Your own Vehicle Technician tools The salary of this Vehicle Technician role is up to £29,120 basic.
