Are you a skilled and experienced vehicle technician looking to take the next step in your career? We have an exciting opportunity for a Level 3 Vehicle Technician to join our team.

Major Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Vehicle Technician for their client located in Hull. As a Vehicle Technician, you will play a major part in ensuring the quality of service described is adhered to efficiently while carrying out repairs and minimizing time and material costs.

Hours:

Monday to Friday 8:30 am to 5:30 pm, Saturday morning 8:30 am to 12:30 pm

Key Responsibilities of a Vehicle Technician:

Document all repairs according to company policy and quality standards utilizing ISTA for repair instructions. Adhere to supplier guidelines for material usage. Participate in relevant training courses to learn new methods and techniques. Take ownership of vehicles and responsibility for repairs performed. Remain flexible in daily duties as needed. Ensure adherence to and improvement upon the quality of service as outlined in working procedures, as well as compliance with Health & Safety responsibilities and ISO 9001 accreditation. Maintain awareness, knowledge, and training on environmental issues within the ISO 14001 standard. Ensure compliance with site rules.

Skills Required as a Vehicle Technician: IMI Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or Equivalent (certificates will be required). Further qualifications in EV would be advantageous. Full UK Driving Licence. Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
