Cap & Cove Floor Layer

£20 an hour- £34,000 per annum
The Role:
Regen Solution are currently looking for an experienced Cap & Cove Floor Layer to carry out maintenance works In the Social Housing sector.
This is a temporary to permanent position with a van & fuel card provided immediately.
Main duties include; -
Floor laying
Measure and cut flooring materials to fit specific areas
Install various types of flooring, such as Carpet, Laminate, Safety Vinyl (including cap and cove)
Prepare surfaces by removing old flooring or repairing any damage.
Use hand and power tools including welder to lay and secure flooring materials.
Apply latex and adhesive flooring materials.
Inspect and repair any imperfections or defects in the flooring.
Be willing to assist with other building trades as and when required.
Social Housing experience, full tools and a UK driving licence is essential for this role.
