Quality Manager

Salary:
£40,000-£45,000 + Monday to Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm + 15% Performance Bonus + Holiday + Pension (up to 10%) + Sick Pay + Company Benefits
Company Overview: Excellent opportunity for a candidate from a Quality Engineering background to join an international company which is continuing to expand and move into new markets. This company specializes in the production of specialist products for the automotive, aerospace, and energy industries and has steadily grown to become an industry leader known for their innovation and reliability in improving performance.
Role Overview: The successful candidate will manage the Quality department and coordinate with all staff to maintain and improve the quality culture throughout. You will lead your own department and be integral to future improvements.
Responsibilities: Manage quality systems and standards across the site. Maintain process improvements. Work office hours, Monday to Friday.
Requirements:
Experienced Engineering or Quality Manager with a background in Automotive, Aerospace, Oil & Gas, or similar engineering industries. Extensive quality knowledge (ISO9001, Lead or Arranged Audits, Health & Safety). Relevant industry knowledge - Aerospace, Automotive, Energy, Metals, or manufacturing. Working knowledge of internal and external audits. Engineering qualifications (e.g. Degree, HNC, HND, NVQ, City & Guilds).
