We are seeking a skilled joiner to work with a large public organisation.
Your new role
To carry out the full range of work associated with their particular trade. To carry out reactive and planned maintenance work on any property. To identify, order and collect required materials. To provide as required all job-costing and time-recording information. To participate in a 24-hour emergency call out service if so required. To participate in training as required. To assist in on-the-job coaching and training, for example, new employees, contractors and temporarily assigned apprentices and other relevant staff. To drive council vehicles as and when required. To undertake the duties in such a way as to enhance and protect the reputation and public profile.
What you'll need to succeed • Relevant trade qualification - NVQ or equivalent • Valid CSCS/CSR card • Working knowledge of current Health and Safety Legislation • Full, valid, clean driving licence • Experience working on Response Maintenance contracts is desirable
