£12 per hour Day shift, Night shift get £12 per hour + shift allowance of 13.64%. What is on offer:
Fixed Shift patterns available: Days - Monday to Wednesday, 7.30am to 7.30pm Days - Thursday to Saturday, 7.30am to 7.30pm Nights - Sunday to Tuesday, 7.30pm to 7.30am Nights - Wednesday to Friday 7.30pm to 7.30am Days - Monday to Thursday, 7.30am to 7.30pm Nights - Monday to Thursday, 7.30am to 7.30pm Temporary Contracts Average holiday pay Auto-enrolment pension Day-to-day duties include:
Operating machines to standard with materials i.e., Cartons or Foil Ensuring the machine is kept to the highest standard. Collecting downtime data, dependent on what machine you are running. Ensuring safe working practices. Maintaining quality products being achieved throughout, by checking print and packaging. Working on the production line packing and stacking if your machine is not running. The successful candidate will:
Escalate when and if problems occur. Have good communication skills to interact with fellow team members. Be a team worker. Have attendance & punctuality as a necessity. Be flexible to work additional shifts if necessary. Experience desirable but not essential. Have health & safety understanding. The Company operates by four distinct values:
