Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive on-site IT support to staff and students. Provide on-site support to multiple schools in the immediate area. Provide ad hoc on-site support to schools nationally where cover is required. Maintain, install, and support software and hardware on site. Software installation and updates. Maintain the network and perform upgrades when required. Manage migrations and networking projects outside term time.

Experience: Must have school IT support experience. Ability to work independently or as part of a team. Leadership skills. Experience with Azure. Knowledge of DNS/DHCP, TCP/IP. Familiarity with Active Directory. Experience with O365. Knowledge of VoIP. Experience with Exchange. Experience with Windows Server.
