1 in 6, £115 standby, minimum 4 hours pay at 1.5x or 2x

Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Maintenance Electrician to join our team, working across various locations in Chester, Birkenhead, Northwich, and Ellesmere Port. This role offers a 50/50 split between Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance, ensuring a varied and rewarding workday.
Key Responsibilities: General building maintenance Electrical maintenance and repair Basic plumbing and fabric work Responding to reactive maintenance requests Carrying out PPMs on time and to a high standard Maintaining health and safety regulations across all work environments
Qualifications & Skills Required: Proven experience in electrical maintenance and general building services Multi-skilled with a background in basic plumbing and fabric work Excellent problem-solving abilities and ability to work on your initiative Valid UK driver's license Ability to participate in the on-call rota
