The firm is relatively open minded to a level of Construction Law PQE. This should include non-contentious legal work and strong experience of contract drafting and negotiation. You will also offer sound knowledge of a range of related documents and contracts to include JCT, FIDIC, NEC, Bonds/Guarantees and Warranties. You will gain the responsibility to manage your own case load and assist the wider team.
