local independent firm of Chartered Accountants

Hereford , is seeking to appoint an
ACCA/ACA Qualified Accounts Manager
to join their expanding team. Role Overview:
This role is ideal for a proactive individual with a strong background in
accounts and tax , who will work closely with the Partners in a
general practice capacity . You will manage a portfolio of clients including
Owner Managed Businesses (OMBs) ,
Small to Medium-Sized Enterprises (SMEs) , and
farming clients , providing comprehensive accounting services. Key Responsibilities:
Manage and develop a portfolio
of clients (OMB, SME, and farming sectors). Supervise and mentor junior staff , reviewing their work and providing necessary support. Collaborate with Partners to ensure
timely and accurate delivery of client services . Handle both
accounts
and
tax compliance
for a diverse range of clients. Candidate Requirements:
ACCA/ACA Qualified
or
Qualified by Experience
with extensive
general practice experience . Strong experience in
accounts
and
tax compliance . A
team player
with excellent communication and leadership skills. This role could also appeal to an experienced
