Internal Sales Professional
Our client, a national electrical wholesaler, is looking for a talented and ambitious sales professional to maximize and expand on their current and potential customer base.
This is a proactive internal sales role involving:
Taking and making inbound and outbound calls from existing and new customers.
Working as part of a team within the sales department.
Good understanding of electrical products and electrical supplies.
Clear telephone manner and the ability to provide exceptional levels of customer service.
A can-do attitude - we always try to make it work for the customer.
Attention to detail & able to manage own workload.
A positive and hardworking attitude with the ability to work under pressure.
A proven track record of working in telephone sales in the Electrical Wholesale or similar trade industry is essential.
Ambition to progress and achieve with a good sense of humour.
Willingness to assist in other areas of the business during busy/holiday periods.
Revisiting dormant accounts and approaching with a view to account reactivation.
Liaising with manufacturers to secure the best terms possible and quoting on special projects.
Salary:
Basic £32K plus bonus scheme.
