This is a hybrid working role with 2 days per week working from our Shipton under Wychwood office (Oxfordshire) and the rest of the week from home. Requirements for Sales Operations Specialist Experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot), with exposure to Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) preferred. Strong proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel, with experience using the wider Google Suite being advantageous. Familiarity with invoicing processes and confidence in handling financial data. Understanding of project management fundamentals, with the ability to challenge and engage stakeholders effectively. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality, error-free work. Proactive problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve issues independently. Effective collaboration and communication skills to ensure alignment across teams. Organised, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Previous experience in a similar role, demonstrating strong organisational and operational capabilities. Responsibilities as Sales Operations Specialist Order Management: Process customer orders from creation to invoicing, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with customer requirements. Invoicing and Commercial Data: Generate and manage invoices, confidently handling commercial data. Data Quality: Proactively maintain the integrity of CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), resolving any data discrepancies. Reporting: Create actionable reports using Google Sheets and the wider Google Suite to support sales and operational decisions. Process Improvement: Identify workflow inefficiencies, propose solutions, and implement process enhancements to drive operational excellence. Collaboration: Work closely with sales, finance, and warehouse teams to resolve operational challenges and ensure smooth alignment of processes. Problem Solving: Independently identify gaps in processes or data, research solutions, and implement improvements. Salary Salary range:
